At the WTO Expertise Center, Stanislav prepares analytical materials on the trade policy of WTO members, analyzes the trade policy measures of foreign states, examines the transparency obligations of WTO members, analyzes anti-crisis measures affecting international trade.
Prior to joining the Center's team, he worked at the Institute of Trade Policy, HSE University. He specialized in issues related to the financial support of foreign economic activity, as well as issues related to the transport and logistics infrastructure of the EAEU.
Stanislav was an intern at the European company "NRA International GmbH" (Austria, Vienna). Additionally, he completed the program "Organization and development of business in the EU countries: Russian and European experience". He also has experience in the business environment – Stanislav worked for X5 Group in Tax Compliance.
Stanislav is a recipient of the Gusakov Scholarship and the author of scientific publications in the field of international economic relations, economic security, in particular energy and financial security, as well as public procurement.
